/ THE BIO
A LIFE BUILT ON REPS,NOT RHETORIC.
Known professionally as Eric The Great, Eric Johnson is the Founding Director of the United Coalition of Strong Men & Women (UCSM)—a for-profit training organization with a nonprofit mission built on one unwavering conviction:
The greatest investment we can make is not in places or possessions—but in people.
Eric's perspective wasn't formed in a classroom.
It was forged through experience.
His life has been shaped by adversity, hard work, failure, faith, rebuilding, entrepreneurship, marriage, fatherhood, coaching, leadership, and service. Every season demanded new lessons. Every setback required new growth. Every victory came with another responsibility.
Over time, he discovered a truth that would eventually become the foundation of UCSM:
Life doesn't reward what we intend to do. It reveals what we've prepared to do.
Everything Eric teaches has first been lived.
Tested.
Refined.
Repeated.
Because real leadership isn't built on rhetoric.
It's built on reps.
His life's work is driven by one unwavering conviction:
"Change doesn't happen overnight but effort does."
UCSM is the vehicle through which that conviction becomes action.
/ ERIC'S CORE BELIEF
"CHANGE DOESN'T HAPPENOVERNIGHT.— BUT —EFFORT DOES."

/ THE TRANSFORMATION
FROM A CELL BLOCKTO A CALLING.
Every movement has an origin.
Eric's began inside a prison cell.
Raised in an environment shaped by crime, poverty, and limited opportunity, Eric followed a path that many young men know all too well. The preschool to prison pipeline. A path that eventually led Eric to prison—a place where his freedom was lost, however a profound perspective regarding his life was found.
With every distraction now stripped away, he was forced to accept responsibility for the decisions that placed him there. And with that acceptance, he was confronted with answering the most important question of his life:
Would he allow his past to define him, or would he allow it to transform him?
He chose to allow it to transform him.
The transformation wasn't dramatic.
It was deliberate.
Books replaced excuses.
Discipline replaced chaos.
Faith replaced hopelessness.
And time, he no longer wasted it—instead he made a plan.
Every workout, every page read, every prayer, every journal entry, and every difficult decision became another rep toward becoming the man he was created to be.
When Eric walked out of prison, he wasn't searching for a second chance. He was determined to give himself the chance at life his former self had denied him of.
He rebuilt his life through discipline, faith, family, work, and service. Along the way, his failures became lessons, his struggles became wisdom, and his experiences became a blueprint that others could follow.
Today, UCSM stands as living proof that your greatest mistake does not have to become your final destination.
Sometimes your greatest setback becomes your greatest assignment.
