WHAT THISACTUALLY IS.
Command & Character is UCSM's leadership program for operators, entrepreneurs, coaches, first responders and parents leading real people through real pressure.
You will study decision-making, ownership, communication and character through case reps, role-play and live drills — not lectures.
By week eight, you'll have led something, been debriefed on it, and rebuilt how you show up in front of your team.
