/ THE OVERVIEW
WHAT THISACTUALLY IS.
Next Gen Warriors is UCSM's youth track — six weeks of physical literacy, discipline and respect for kids ages 8–17.
Kids train alongside coaches who know how to build them up without softening them. Parents get a weekly briefing and a simple at-home protocol to reinforce the standard between sessions.
Kids finish the program stronger, more coachable, and prouder of what they can do.

HOW IT UNFOLDS.
WEEK 1 · STANDARD
Introductions, baseline movements, the code of conduct.
WEEKS 2–3 · SKILL
Movement literacy, teamwork drills, respect reps.
WEEKS 4–5 · GRIT
Progressive challenges, journaling, service assignments.
WEEK 6 · GRADUATION
Family day, standard test, coin ceremony.
