Integrity
We do what we say. Character is the foundation everything else is built on.
UCSM // ABOUT US
The United Coalition of Strong Men & Women is a movement of people committed to building stronger individuals, stronger families, and stronger communities — one disciplined life at a time.
OUR MISSION
UCSM exists to forge stronger men and women — mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually — and to send them back into their homes and communities as builders, protectors, and leaders.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
CORE VALUES
We do what we say. Character is the foundation everything else is built on.
Consistent action over comfort. Discipline is the price of freedom.
We answer for our choices — to ourselves, our families, and our tribe.
We lead by example first. Influence is earned, never demanded.
Strength is built to be given away — to family, community, and nation.
Nobody makes it alone. We rise together or we fall apart.

/ THE NON-PROFIT ARM
The UCSM Foundation is where the coalition returns its strength to the streets. Every member dollar fuels real work — mentorship, reintegration and crisis support for the people who need it most.
/ THE PROGRAMS
Multi-day leadership and strength camps for at-risk youth — physical training, mentorship and life-skills built into every hour.
Structured re-entry programs for veterans, combining physical training, peer accountability and mental-health resources.
Direct funding for therapy, coaching and crisis support for families who otherwise can't afford it.
Building and equipping community strength facilities in underserved areas — real gyms, real coaches, no barriers.
Weekly mentorship and character-development curriculum embedded directly into middle and high schools in underserved districts.
A cohort-based program for absent and returning fathers — accountability, coaching and structured reunification with their kids.
Trauma-informed strength and mental-health programming for police, fire and EMS personnel carrying the weight of the job.
Post-incarceration reentry cohorts — job readiness, physical training and a brotherhood that refuses to let them fall back.
/ GIVE
Every dollar goes into programming, not overhead. Pick a tier — or write your own — and know exactly what your gift moves.
One session of mentorship for a young operator.
A month of programming for a veteran in reintegration.
A full leadership weekend for a youth cohort.
A named scholarship for a family in crisis.
UCSM FOUNDATION — 501(C)(3) STATUS. RECEIPTS ISSUED FOR ALL GIFTS.
